BBQ Chicken Pot Pie
Leftovers and grandma’s china (mid-century Noritake if you’re curious).
The end of the chicken needs a home. Mire-poix, left-over green beans and chard get us into 1 pot land. Chicken fat roux and a little spicy barbecue sauce moves things out of bland territory with not so much effort.
Biscuits make stew into pot-pie. Drop biscuits make it easy.
