Greta Hardin is a former chemistry and biology teacher who has found her way into food - its history, science and geography. Most recently she’s found herself picking up the management of her family’s forests.
Greta works on research and project direction for the Women’s Work: the untold story of America’s female farmers.
With degrees in biology, education, and a new MBA, Greta is working to bring her family’s south-eastern forests from the mid-20th century into the 21st. She continues to dabble in food and events to bring food, ideas and people together. Most recently, she helped launch Georgia Boucherie Festivals at Comfort Farms.
